What Could This Possibly Mean?

Violet started doing this spontaneously during dinner this evening. I have no idea what it means. I did it back at her, and she thought it was funny. She was not saying "Enough," since she ate a lot more after afterwards. This and clapping are the big things now.

And, no, I wasn't singing, if that's what you think she's reacting to.
